Guided Kitchari Cleanse Package

Service Description

A deeply restorative reset to gently cleanse and nourish body and mind. This package begins with a 40-minute in-person Ayurvedic consultation to set intentions and personalize your cleanse. You’ll receive three days of freshly prepared kitchari, customized guidance for supporting digestion, and a private yin yoga class to help release stagnation and restore balance. Clients will book their first consultation online, and we’ll schedule the yin yoga session during that time.
