Hello, I'm Abby!

I believe the science of Ayurveda and Yoga is a sacred gift, one that has carried me through this life with more joy and ease. I am honored to share with you.

My Story

In my very early twenties, life handed me heartbreak and an intense autoimmune diagnosis, a moment that felt like both an ending and a beginning. Just weeks later, I found myself boarding a plane to India for my first yoga teacher training. I didn’t know it then, but that journey changed everything.

In India, I learned not only how the body bends and breathes, but how it carries us through life, through grief, and through healing. I discovered that we are far more resilient, wise, and capable of renewal than we’re ever told. That trip opened the door to a lifelong devotion: to yoga, to Ayurveda, and to the art of remembering wholeness.

Since then, I’ve spent over eight years teaching yoga, completed more than 150 hours of Ayurvedic training in India, and earned my Bachelor’s in Integrative Health and Ayurveda at Maharishi International University. My passion is helping others rediscover their own rhythm, their own vitality, and their own capacity to heal.

When I’m not teaching or sharing Ayurveda, you can usually find me dancing, in the kitchen, in the studio, or under the sun. Movement, for me, is joy. Ayurveda is the language I return to again and again, a language of balance, nature, and deep remembering.

I believe this science is a gift, one that has carried me through, and one that I am honored to share with you.
